Bio. Frankie Santos Laanan is professor of higher education administration and Department Head in the department of educational leadership, policy and technology studies at The University of Alabama. He has held faculty positions at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of North Texas, Iowa State University, and Florida Atlantic University.His research examines the impact of community colleges on individuals and society. He has received over $3.5 million in funding from The National Science Foundation, Kern Family Foundation, and Iowa Department of Education. |
